• Technical & Usage Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device make and model, operating system, localized geolocation approximations, search preferences, viewing history, and interaction timestamps.
• Inquiry & Communication Records: Messages exchanged via our contact forms, scheduled site visit requests, WhatsApp inquiry logs, and customer support communications.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

4. MahaRERA & Public Regulatory Disclosures

Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), details regarding registered ongoing and new real estate projects, promoter entities, project milestones, and MahaRERA registration IDs published on FirstDream are deemed public commercial information intended to promote market transparency. Promoters and developers acknowledge that project registration information will be openly viewable by prospective buyers and regulatory authorities.

• Direct Negotiation Sharing: When a registered buyer or tenant clicks "Get Owner Details" or "Schedule Visit", their verified name and telephone number are shared with the property host to coordinate transactions directly.
• Strict Non-Sale Guarantee: FirstDream NEVER sells, rents, trades, or commercially barters user contact details, telephone numbers, or email lists to third-party telemarketers, cold-call agencies, or external lead brokers.
• Technical Infrastructure Partners: Data may be securely processed by trusted third-party cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), transactional SMS gateways (e.g., OTP dispatchers), and mapping API services under strict non-disclosure and security covenants.
• Statutory & Law Enforcement Disclosures: We may disclose records if required to do so by applicable Indian law, court subpoena, or formal direction from statutory real estate tribunals or cybercrime departments.
